Article 1 - Object
The General Conditions have for object the acquisition of products and services, effected to distance through net data trasmission on the website "www.renageat.it" with legal situs into Viale Monastir 110/112 Cagliari. .
Every operation of acquisition will be regulated with the following dispositions: Dlgs n. 185/99 and, for how much it concerns to the privacy and confidentiality, it will have submitted to the following normative: Law n. 675/96.

Article 2 - Acceptance and Sale conditions
These terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s), except as otherwise noted. Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) or services and support that are subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and R.E.N.A.GEAT.
R.E.N.A.GEAT considers definitively concluded the contract, except cases of rendered or recess, at the moment of the delivery of the product to the carrier. Before this moment is fundamental the product availability and the money reception, if a payment in advance has been chosen.

Article 3 - Customer Engagements
The present Sale conditions must before be examined on line from the Customers visitors of the website www.renageat.it before they confirm their purchases.
The order confirmation therefore implies the total knowledge of the Sale Conditions and their integral acceptance.
The Customer engages and obligates itself , once concluded the on line purchase procedure, to print and to conserve the present sale conditions, already visionate and accepted during the process of purchase, to the aim to integrally satisfy the following condition: art. 3 and 4 of Dlgs n. 185/1999.

Article 4 - Purchase Modality
The products purchased, available therefore as it illustrates and described on line in the relative descriptive and technical cards, are carried out from the Customer to the indicated price, to confirm at the moment of forward of the confirmation of order, increased of tax and shipping amount. All prices include IVA.
When shopping has been completed one goes to the till, where a list is shown of the items selected, their individual prices, and their sub total. To this amount delivery costs are added to arrive at the grand total.The amount of tax and shipping added to your order depends on your geographic area

• Confirming the order, the Customer will receive an e-mail message containing the Number and the total Order Amount.
  To the reception of the payment (in case you have chosen the Bank Transfer modality) will be sended the product with the shipment modality you have chosen. In order to shorten the times the customer can send via fax copy of the credit.
  The customer can delete the order within 24h from the reception of the order confirmation through e-mail or fax and however before that the state of order passes like "sent goods"

  Article 5 - Payments
  In case of payment through Bank Transfer the payment and the relative shipment cost it will have to be carried out from the customer within 4 work days from the reception of the confirmation e-mail.
  The payment with Bank Transfer is subordinate to the following conditions;
• it will have to reach within 4 work days from the reception of the confirmation e-mail, beyond such date the order will be considered null.
• The motive to bring back on the Bank Transfer will have to indicate: the number and the order date, the customer 's name.
• Home Banking is not accepted (in this case we will attend the credit confirmation).

In order to shorten the times it is advised to send via fax or e-mail one copy of the carried out payment.

The payment with CREDIT CARD is subordinate to the following conditions:

• It does not preview any debit on your account before the shipment of the goods; debit will happen at the moment of the shipment;
• It is necessary to supply the fixed telephone number ;
• Person placing order must be the registered cardholder.
• We will only ship to the cardholders registered address

In delivery notes will not be taken in consideration different adress deliveries.

Article 6 - Products Delivery
The products will be delivered from R.E.N.A.GEAT to the customer indicated address.
Every shipment is equipped with the following documentation:
invoice /receipt/ transport document.
Products deliveries will happen during every worked day.
Indicatively, without that involves some tie for R.E.N.A. GEAT and the products availability on the market, or due to causes of act of God, the goods will be delivered with the following tempistica:
in case of payment with Bank Transfer, the shipment will be entrusted to the courier within 48 hours from the credit reception;
the products will be delivered in the following 48 hours (2 working days) to exception of the islands, for which is foreseen 72 hours (3 working days).

Our products, at the moment of the shipment, come accurately packed with the maximum attention so they arrive in perfect conditions to the customer. Packs are in optimal quality cartoon and every object is protect singularly by right material to avoid every type of shock during the transport also for long distance.
The Customer is held to verify the conformity of the product in relation to the carried out order, and how much follows:

1. That the necks number (packages number) indicated on the carrier's letter is correspondent to the necks number effectively delivered;
2. That the package is integral, not damaged neither bathed and however in compliance with the standards characteristic (over described) of a R.E.N.A. GEAT's package.

After such verification the Customer will only have to underwrite the delivery receipt, after that he will not be able to oppose any objection about the package's characteristics. In the case there is not correspondence between the order and the delivery, the customer will not have to accept the goods and will only have to put objection directly to the carrier.

Article 7 - Warranty
The products acquire through R.E.N.A.GEAT are protected from the producer's warranty. Such warranty will be applied exclusively if the breakdowns is taken place despite the normal use of the product and in the respect of its destination and how much is in the technical documentation.
This Standard Warranty does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, servicing not authorized.The warranty is personal and it will be only applied therefore to the original purchaser, being classified to the direct customers and not to traders, retailers, etc.
R.E.N.A.GEAT is not in any case responsible, neither in the comparisons of the thirds party neither in the comparisons of the Customer, of eventual damages or losses caused from breakdowns, or taken place for fabrication defects. Such responsibilities are in fact of the producer, in the warranty's terms supplied from this last one.
For all the products present within the website "www.renageat.it" we provide up to 2 years of warranties, one year of warranties for all those people which acquire the products for professional uses.
Are excluded from warranties all the products acquire for use in contests and competitions.

Article 8 - Straight of recess
By the Italian Legislative Decree n°185 of 22 May 1999 in performance of relative directive 97/7/CE to the protection of the consumers in contract matter at a distance, the customer has straight of give up from the contract, without some penalty and saying the reason, within the term of ten work days from the day of the reception of the acquired assets.
Such straight will be applied to the all the products contained into the website "www.renageat.it".
The straight of recess is exclusively to favor of the consumer, with exclusion therefore of traders, retailers, professionals.

Article 9 - Modality for the exercise of the straight of Recess
In order to exercise the recess right the customer must give written communication by means of registered letter within ten working days to the following address:

The only expenses due from the customer to exercising the recess right are the expenses of restitution of the good to the sender: the goods must be given back in integral conditions by the same courier of the customer within and not beyond the ten working days.
Within the same term of ten working days he must to re-send us the entire products in their native wrapping, with the respective beads of delivery.
Within 14 work days from your shipment and however not before having received and controlled the integrity of the assets and the presence of all the accessories, the customer will be repaid of the sum poured.
R.E.N.A.GEAT will consequently reject whichever product given back not packed or however with different modalities from those over specified.

Article 12 - Jurisdiction and competent Court
The present contract will be regulated from the Italian law. Every dispute to the application, execution, interpretation and violation arising under this agreement, is subordinate to Italian Jurisdiction. All controversy under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the consumer's residence competent Court.
